Job summary

RLB International in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our West & Wales Built Asset Consultancy team. You will work across public, environmental, commercial and education sectors, surveying electrical building infrastructure and designing from RIBA 0-4 while advising clients throughout the project.

The ideal candidate will drive the in-region M&E service, travel as needed, hold a BSc in Electrical Engineering, and be eligible for MCIBSE.

Qualifications

• BSc Electrical Engineering degree (minimum).
• Recognised M&E qualification.
• Chartered or willing to obtain MCIBSE (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Undertake project feasibility studies
• Detailed technical design of Electrical Services
• Produce technical drawings
• Produce full electrical tender packages
• Monitor Electrical works on site and reporting on conformity and quality
• Undertake Electrical condition surveys
