Hoare Lea in Bristol is seeking a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to lead technical delivery on diverse building projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, shaping electrical design strategies and ensuring high quality outcomes for clients across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux and Relux.
• Experience collaborating with clients/contractors/architects on design projects.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day technical delivery of the electrical design services for multi-disciplinary projects across several building sectors.
• Lead the development of initial strategic concepts for projects ensuring solutions meet the brief and regulatory standards.
• Interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders, attending project meetings and disseminating the brief within the project team.
• Work with the team leader to monitor fee expenditure, resources and work delivered.
• Mentor and support our apprentices and graduates.
