Job summary

Hoare Lea is recruiting a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer for our Bristol office. You will deliver electrical design across multi-disciplinary projects, partnering with engineers and consultants to maintain high standards and secure ongoing opportunities.

You will lead concept development, engage with clients and contractors, and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture at Hoare Lea.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on complex electrical design projects.
• Experience with BIM, Revit, Dialux/Relux.
• Client/consultant-facing design roles.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day technical delivery of electrical design for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Lead development of initial concepts ensuring suitability to brief and standards.
• Regularly interact with stakeholders to ensure collaborative, timely delivery; client-facing meetings.
• Work with team leader to monitor fee expenditure, resources and delivery.
• Mentor and support the next generation of professionals.
