Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is looking for a Senior Electrical Technician / Electrical Engineer (EV) for a permanent on-site role in Slough. You will design, build and test high‑ and low‑voltage wiring harnesses for specialist EV platforms and support electrical system integration within prototype and production vehicles.

The successful candidate will have high‑voltage knowledge, wiring harness experience, and a background in automotive or similar engineering.

Qualifications

High‑voltage electrical systems knowledge and wiring harness design/manufacture/testing experience.
Background in automotive, marine, aerospace or similar engineering environment.
Strong attention to detail with documentation and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

Design, build and test high‑and low‑voltage wiring harnesses for specialist EV platforms.
Electrical system integration support across prototype and production vehicles.
Improve technical documentation, compliance, quality and safety records.
Work closely with engineering and production teams on continuous improvement.
40‑hour week, on‑site in Slough with occasional flexibility for project demands.
