Job summary

Build Maintain Recruit Limited is seeking a Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer to deliver electrical building services design across a range of projects in the South West. You will produce specifications, drawings, and contract docs while mentoring junior engineers and managing budgets.

Exposure to business development and client relationships is expected. Location options include Plymouth, Exeter or Cornwall; a competitive salary and benefits package accompany this permanent role.

Qualifications

5+ years' electrical/building services experience.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Chartered or working towards professional registration.
Strong technical and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver electrical building services design across a range of projects.
Produce specifications, drawings and contract documentation.
Work with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide mentoring to junior engineers and manage budgets.
Support business development and client relationships.
