Job summary

CRG | TEC Recruitment is partnering with a leading engineering consultancy in Central London to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer within the building services design team. You’ll lead electrical designs across healthcare estates, critical infrastructure and mission-critical environments, from feasibility through construction.

You’ll work on LV distribution, standby generation, UPS, lighting and earthing, producing calculations and reports, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Background in building services or electrical engineering consultancy with ownership of designs.
• Experience delivering projects across healthcare estates or critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical designs from feasibility through to construction.
• Design LV distribution, standby generation, UPS, lighting and earthing systems.
• Produce electrical calculations, specifications, technical reports and tender packages.
• Undertake site surveys and develop upgrade strategies for existing electrical infrastructure.
• Support replacement and upgrade of critical electrical assets.
• Review electrical designs, drawings and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
