Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering designs through RIBA stages and BG6.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reports, specifications, performance and detailed design solutions.
• Use CAD and BIM (Revit) to design compliant systems.
• Perform design calculations to demonstrate compliance with client requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and data capture.
• Review construction design details and provide comments.
• Liaise with structural engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors.
• Attend project group and technical meetings.
• Ensure building systems meet health and safety requirements.
• Advise clients on energy use to minimise environmental impact and carbon footprint.
