Your mission includes:
- Define & Manage Requirements: Review, refine, and document electrical requirements, ensuring they are testable and aligned with project needs. Use structured processes like IBM DOORS to capture constraints, interfaces, and quality attributes.
- Design, Analyze & Verify: Develop robust electrical system designs, conduct functional analysis, modeling, and simulations. Collaborate with the Verification team to ensure compliance through testing.
- Ensure Compliance & Quality: Maintain engineering standards, conduct technical reviews, and ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Support Strategy & Risk Management: Participate in capacity planning, identify risks, and support decision-making to ensure project success.
- Develop & Share Knowledge: Establish policies, develop training materials, and provide expert advice to teams.
- Collaborate & Represent: Work with internal teams to drive standardization and represent the electrical engineering function in meetings and external engagements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical services design.
- Expertise in space management, cable routing, and cable management.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
Additional Information:
- BPSS and SC clearance required.
- Ability to travel within UK to Assystem offices and customer sites.
- Experience in electrical power generation or nuclear sector is advantageous.
