Ford & Stanley Talent Services Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer for a Chapel-en-le-Frith role with hybrid working. You will lead electrical design for customer projects, develop standardised components and contribute to product development.

You will design electrical schematics and panels for industrial machinery, apply design-for-manufacture principles and collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• Experience in electrical design within manufacturing/machinery/automation environments.
• Proficient with EPLAN, E3 or AutoCAD Electrical.

Aufgaben

• Produce electrical schematics, layouts and technical documentation.
• Design electrical control systems for industrial machinery and equipment.
• Develop and improve standardised electrical components and solutions.
• Design electrical panels and associated control systems.
• Support PLC-based systems and hardware integration.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Support testing, troubleshooting and validation activities.
• Visit operational sites to support projects.
