You will provide high‑quality design services across projects, ensuring technical excellence and client coordination within multidisciplinary teams, supporting delivery, QA and fee recovery where required.

Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering or environmental discipline.

Role Overview

You will provide high‑quality design services across a range of projects, ensuring technical excellence, consistency and compliance. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will support project delivery, quality assurance and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and review high‑quality design documents, drawings and specifications.
• Support delivery of complex and specialist projects.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Identify scope changes and support fee recovery where required.
• Provide support to junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

• Experience in commercial, residential and mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of Building Services Engineering systems.
• Proficient in sustainable design, renewable energy and low‑carbon technologies.
• Able to assess project budgets and resource requirements.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Degree in an engineering or environmental discipline; relevant memberships beneficial.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and design‑related regulatory requirements.
