An established industry player is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer ready to take the lead on exciting projects. This role involves mentoring junior engineers, managing end-to-end design work in electrical building services, and ensuring project delivery aligns with the highest standards. You'll collaborate with clients and construction professionals, balancing commercial needs with technical delivery while working in a BIM environment. If you're passionate about shaping the future of electrical design and ready to make a significant impact, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Looking to level up your career? Whether you're ready to step into a senior role or you're a seasoned pro chasing your next big challenge, this opportunity is built for you.
We're on the hunt for a driven Senior Electrical Engineer who's ready to lead from the front. You'll be the go-to expert-mentoring junior engineers, taking charge of projects, and building strong client relationships along the way. This is your chance to make a real impact, guiding projects from the ground up and ensuring they're delivered on time, on spec, and on budget.
You'll bring your deep knowledge of electrical building services to life-designing everything from HV/LV Power and Lighting Control to Fire Alarms and Security Systems. You'll lead design work end-to-end, manage your team, and stay hands-on throughout each stage of delivery.
What sets you apart? Your leadership. You're not just ticking boxes-you're motivating, developing, and inspiring junior engineers to grow with you. You'll also take on site visits, inspections, and problem-solving with confidence, all while ensuring designs hit the highest standards.
You'll be the face of the project in design meetings, collaborating with clients and professionals across the construction landscape. You'll understand how to balance commercial needs with technical delivery and bring a strong grasp of Building Regs, net zero strategies, and sustainability schemes like BREEAM and LEED.
You'll be working in a BIM environment, so experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble, Relux, and Office 365 is key. Professional registration and progress toward Chartership with IET or CIBSE is essential.
If you're ready to take ownership, lead exciting projects, and help shape the future of electrical design, we want to hear from you.
