Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate Technical Director (Electrical) to lead complex electrical/MEP designs across Global Excellence Centers. You will review major project deliverables and act as CRE and design manager, guiding multidisciplinary teams to optimal solutions.

You will participate in tender activities, provide technical advice, and mentor junior staff while driving sustainable design and NetZero initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical/Building Services engineering.
• 10+ years design experience across mobility, building, and infrastructure projects.
• CEng with international body is preferred.
• Knowledge of design process, document management systems, and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical/MEPF designs for large and complex projects.
• Review complex design deliverables for major projects (HV, MV, LV, ELV).
• Act as CRE and design manager guiding design teams to optimal solutions.
• Participate in tender teams and provide technical advice.
• Mentor junior designers and team members.
• Improve design processes through technology to minimize risk.
• Demonstrate Arcadis HS&W principles and safe design practices.
• Engage with Global Business Area to identify opportunities and standards.
