Job summary

Ansible Motion is a world-leading designer and manufacturer of advanced Driver-in-the-Loop simulators, based in Norwich, UK. You will own the electrical design of simulator subsystems and lead engineering projects from concept through to delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in an engineering environment.
• Experience delivering complex engineering projects or technical workstreams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Knowledge of, or experience working within, the automotive or motorsport sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical design of simulator subsystems (e.g., Cabin, Access system, Motion Stages).
• Lead electrical engineering projects and workstreams from concept to delivery.
• Develop testing procedures and support validation and commissioning activities.
• Produce engineering drawings, specifications, BOM structures and part lists.
• Travel worldwide to support build, testing, commissioning and servicing of customer simulators.
