Waterman Group is seeking an experienced Senior EIA Consultant to join its Environmental Impact Assessment team. You will drive day-to-day EIA project management for infrastructure and urban regeneration schemes, acting as lead author on environmental statements and coordinating multi-disciplinary services.

You will engage with clients, design teams and authorities, manage budgets, contribute to bids, and participate in business development.

Competenze

Educated to degree level in environmental science or related subject.
Ideally 4–5 years of consultancy experience.
Track record delivering proportionate EIA on complex UK sites.
Membership of a relevant body such as ISEP.
Excellent report writing, communication and organisational skills.
Good understanding of EIA and UK planning process.
Positive, proactive approach with drive to succeed.

Mansioni

Day-to-day EIA project management and coordination for infrastructure and urban development projects.
Lead author and editor of environmental statements, drafting and reviewing chapters.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary services and liaise with Waterman teams and sub-consultants.
Attend meetings with clients, design teams, authorities and consultees.
Manage project budgets and invoicing; assist with fee proposals and bids.
Participate in networking and client events.
