Waterman Group is seeking an experienced EIA Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Environmental Impact Assessment team in the UK. The role focuses on day-to-day EIA project management for infrastructure and urban development, leading environmental statement authorship, and coordinating multi-disciplinary services with internal teams and sub-consultants.

The successful candidate will have a degree in environmental science or related field, 4–5 years of consultancy experience, and a strong

Competenze

• Degree in environmental science or related subject.
• Ideally 4–5 years of consultancy experience.
• Demonstrable track record in managing and delivering proportionate EIA on complex sites in the UK.
• Membership of a relevant professional body, such as ISEP.
• Excellent report writing, communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of EIA and the UK planning process.
• Positive, proactive approach with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Day-to-day EIA project management and coordination for infrastructure and large-scale urban development projects.
• Lead author and editor of environmental statements, drafting and reviewing chapters.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary services with internal teams and external sub-consultants.
• Attend meetings with clients, design teams, local authorities and consultees.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, and internal/external teams.
• Assist with fee proposals and bids; participate in client events.
