SSR G&M Ltd is seeking an experienced EHS & Site Services Manager in North East UK to oversee all Environmental, Health & Safety activities. This leadership role demands a proactive approach in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing EHS compliance within complex, regulated environments, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and occupational safety.

Qualifications

• Proven EHS leadership experience within regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Experience managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy and ensure compliance with UK legislation.
• Promote a proactive safety culture within the organization.
• Lead risk assessments and incident investigations.

Skills

EHS leadership experience

Knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation

Education

NEBOSH Diploma
