Job summary

Tech Connect Group is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead HSE strategy across two UK sites. You will drive regulatory compliance, continuous improvement and a positive safety culture while influencing senior leaders and supporting operations.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent, CMIOSH or progression toward Chartered status, and strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent.
• CMIOSH or working towards Chartered status.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE strategy and compliance across two UK sites.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures and risk assessments.
• Conduct audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety performance initiatives.
• Deliver HSE training and promote a positive safety culture.
• Monitor environmental compliance and sustainability activities.
• Act as the key contact for auditors, regulators and customers.
• Track and report HSE performance metrics.
