Job summary

TM Green Group is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Lead to drive EHS across multiple European data centre projects. Based in the Midlands with regular travel to EU sites, the role demands leadership in safety, environmental and health standards within fast-paced construction environments.

You will develop and implement EHS management systems, perform audits, lead incident investigations, and coach project teams.

Qualifications

• Senior EHS leader with construction/infra experience.
• Experience on large-scale Data Centre or civil projects.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop EHS performance across multiple European projects.
• Provide visible EHS leadership across project teams and site operations.
• Develop, implement and maintain EHS management systems, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UK/EU legislation, standards and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and audits across European sites.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Monitor EHS performance and report to senior management and clients.
• Support project-specific EHS plans, RAMS and risk assessments.
• Provide EHS guidance to subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
• Deliver toolbox talks, training and EHS briefings.
