Job summary

Dornan Engineering Services Ltd is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support a data centre project in East London. Reporting to the Project Manager and Site Safety Manager, you will monitor safety performance and ensure compliance with our HSE policies.

The role involves delivering site inductions, audits, method statements, maintaining records, toolbox talks, emergency planning, and contributing to the safety file for handover.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety Diploma or above required.
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in safety roles on construction sites.
• Experience with data centre delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support development of safety documentation and conduct site audits.
• Deliver site inductions and advise on PPE and subcontractor safety docs.
• Assist teams with method statements, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Manage Toolbox Talks, site emergency planning, and first aid needs.
• Provide safety reports and contribute to the project safety file.
