Dornan is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our East London data centre project, reporting to the Project Manager and supporting the Site Safety Manager. You will monitor safety performance, ensure compliance with policies, and help prepare safety documentation on site.

You will deliver toolbox talks, conduct regular audits, coordinate PPE requirements, and assist in incident investigations and the compilation of the final safety file for handover. The role is permanent and site-based.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in safety on site.
• Experience on data centre projects is advantageous.
• Health & Safety Diploma or above.

Responsabilités

At Dornanwe are currently recruiting for an EHS Advisor to work on one of our data centre projects in East London - We will hopefully be able to transfer this person across to Mainland Euorpe after this project.

We require experienced safety personnel to work on the project 4+ years experience.

Proven data centre delivery advantageous.

Reporting to the Project Manager and support the Site Safety Manager. Monitoring Dornan's safety performance and advise on compliance with our health, safety and welfare policies and the company safety management system.

Your day to day will include:

• Support the development of safety documentation, conduct regular site audits and inspections, and ensure findings are actioned in line with company policy.
• Deliversite inductions, advise on PPE requirements, and ensure subcontractor safety documentation meets legislative and best‑practice standards.
• Assist project teams in preparing method statements, maintainingstatutory inspection records, and supporting incident and accident investigations.
• Manage Toolbox Talks andsite emergency planning, while advising on first aid, training needs, and contributing to the final safety file for project handover.
• Providesafety reports as required, promote strong safety culture across site operations, and complete additional reasonable tasks assigned by senior management.
