London Borough of Bexley seeks a Senior Educational Psychologist to lead professional development, induction and CPD for the Educational Psychology team. You will drive innovative, systemic practice and work across multi-agency partnerships to improve outcomes for children and young people in Bexley.

The role offers hybrid working, with 1 day remote, in Bexleyheath. You will supervise EPs, develop retention strategies, and promote EDI across the service, contributing to the borough’s ambitious

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Educational Psychologists with a strong professional identity and 5+ years experience.
• Experience and creativity in developing an area of specialism and contributing to staff induction and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality Educational Psychology services and supervision to EPs.
• Lead in the induction, CPD and professional development of the EP team.
• Drive strategic development of priority areas including EDI practice across the service.
• Collaborate across multi-agency partners to improve outcomes for children and young people.
