Job summary

The London Borough of Bexley is seeking a Senior Educational Psychologist to join the Educational Psychology team, with a focus on early intervention, systemic practice and cross‑agency collaboration. The post involves leading induction and CPD, supporting Trainee EPs, and steering recruitment and retention efforts, while continuing to deliver high‑quality educational psychology services.

The role requires HCPC registration, a Masters or Doctorate in Educational Psychology, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Educational Psychologists with a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Experience and creativity in developing a specialist area.
• Active contribution to induction, supervision and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead induction and CPD for the EP team and Trainee EPs.
• Strategic role in EDI practice, policy and action across the service.
• Support retention and recruitment processes and cross‑agency collaboration.
