Ealing Council’s Educational Psychology Service is hiring Main Grade Educational Psychologists in London. You will work within a hybrid model, contributing to SEND Improvement and reform while supporting schools, families and partners to improve outcomes for children and young people.

We invite qualified EPs or soon-to-qualify Trainee EPs to apply. The role offers strong CPD, supervision, progression opportunities and a competitive package including a £3,000 starter payment and local government

Formación

• Qualified Educational Psychologist registered with HCPC; or Trainee Educational Psychologist due to complete doctorate this year.

Responsabilidades

• Apply psychology to improve outcomes for children and young people
• Support inclusive practice and early intervention
• Work collaboratively with schools, families and partner agencies
• Contribute to service development and innovation
• Influence strategic SEND developments across the borough
• Support Ealing's wider SEND Improvement and Reform Programme
