RECSEEKERS is partnering with a high-growth Education Technology business to modernise how schools access recruitment and staffing support. You will be autonomous, build your own market and desk, and nurture long-term relationships with schools, trusts and education groups.

Expect a base of £30,000–£50,000 with industry-leading commission and a sign-on bonus, plus fully remote work and access to a tech-led platform, data and automation to accelerate billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Education recruitment is essential.
• Strong billing track record and ability to win and grow accounts.
• Commercial mindset for high-autonomy environment.
