This Senior Education Recruitment Consultant role is fully remote in the UK with a base salary of £30,000-£50,000 plus industry-leading commission and a sign-on bonus.

You'll have autonomy to develop your own market, build your desk and cultivate long-term relationships with schools, trusts and education groups, supported by a technology-led platform,

Qualifications

• Experience in Education recruitment is essential.
• Strong billing track record and ability to grow accounts.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote role.
