RECSEEKERS are partnering with a high-growth Education Technology business that is modernising how schools access recruitment and staffing. The Senior Education Recruitment Consultant role is fully remote with a base of £30,000-£50,000 plus industry-leading commission and a sign-on bonus.

You will develop your own market, build your desk and nurture long-term relationships with schools, trusts and education groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in Education recruitment is essential.
• Strong billing track record is desirable.
• Commercial mindset to maximize high-autonomy environment.
