Media Search Inc. is seeking a Senior Editorial Director to lead our editorial team and own the content strategy as the business scales. You will shape the department, set the direction, and drive growth across revenue and audiences.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of a content or editorial function in a commercially funded, client-facing business such as medical communications, B2B life sciences media or specialist publishing.
• Experience designing and running editorial workflows across multiple concurrent outputs.
• Commercial fluency: partners with sales or client services, understands content margin and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the editorial strategy tied to revenue growth and audience growth.
• Own the 12-month editorial calendar across all titles, aligned with the commercial team five months ahead.
• Co-own monthly editorial–commercial planning meetings with the Sales Director and approve viable issues for market.
