The Institute of Art and Ideas in London seeks a Media Production Senior Editor to lead the Media Production team across online and live events. Based between central London offices and home, you will supervise multi-camera editing of debates and talks, mentor editors, and ensure high-quality content for IAI.TV, YouTube, podcasts, and social platforms.

You will also manage crew schedules, budgets, and kit hire, drive post-production strategy, and oversee social media campaigns and festival

Qualifications

• Degree with 2:1 from a top university (philosophy or related field preferred).
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience in media production.
• Proactive and quick learner in fast-paced environments.
• Extensive experience editing with Premiere Pro.
• Experience leading a creative or production team.
• Experience with live streaming events preferred.
• Experience managing schedules and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multi-camera editing of live debates and talks.
• Mentor editors and train junior staff in workflows.
• Ensure high-quality output for streaming, YouTube, podcasts and social media.
• Lead film crew during festivals and events and manage kit hire.
• Coordinate social media marketing campaigns and festival trailers.
• Oversee project budgets and crew logistics.
