Job summary

Ergomed Group is hiring for a senior EDC/Data Management role in the UK. The position focuses on CDASH-compliant eCRF template libraries, SME-style oversight, and system validation across Sponsors and Ergomed teams.

You will work with data standards (CDASH/SDTM) and lead data listings, dashboards, and quality checks using SAS, SQL, Python and Power BI. You will oversee EDC system creation and post-live changes, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure governance with stakeholders throughout

Qualifications

• Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (or Pharma or related health discipline).
• Advanced proficiency in data systems and at least one clinical trial EDC system (Zelta, Medidata Rave).
• Experience in EDC system creation and Edit Check programming.
• Proficiency in data standards (CDASH & SDTM) and applying them to EDC system creation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CDASH compliant eCRF template library and related documentation.
• Act as SME, providing technical oversight, training and guidance for Sponsors and Ergomed teams.
• Assist with system validation activities and documentation in support of BSO/TSO as required.
• Create and review EDC system according to structure, workflow, and edit checks; based on data standards and study protocol.
• Ensure stakeholders are involved in compliance in EDC creation and timelines.
• Use SAS, SQL, Python and Power BI to generate data listings, dashboards and quality checks.
• Oversee the creation of study-level documentation related to EDC system.
