Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking an experienced EDC Systems Specialist to create and maintain CDASH-compliant templates, provide SME support, and oversee EDC configuration across oncology and rare disease trials for biopharma clients.

You will work with SAS, SQL, Python and Power BI, applying CDASH/SDTM standards and coordinating with Sponsors, Clinical Operations and vendors to ensure data quality and timely study delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (or Pharma or related health discipline).
• Advanced proficiency in data systems and EDC experience (RAVE/Zelta).
• Proficiency in CDASH/SDTM data standards and EDC system creation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CDASH-compliant eCRF template library and related documentation.
• Act as SME, providing technical oversight and training for Sponsors and Ergomed teams.
• Assist with system validation activities and documentation for BSO/TSO as required.
• Review EDC systems for structure, workflow, edit checks and user roles per standards.
• Coordinate with sponsors, clinical ops, medical monitor and biostatisticians on compliance and timelines.
• Use SAS, SQL, Python and Power BI to generate data listings, dashboards and reports.
