Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day website operations: content, landing pages, and promotions.
Provide guidance on web design, user flows, UI/UX, and split testing.
QA web development before and after releases.
Work closely with and manage the web development team.
Manage and optimise systems behind the website and support colleagues.
Monitor web analytics and recommend changes to improve conversions.
Support SEO changes and recommendations on the site.
Manage digital marketing including Google Ads, email marketing, and product feed.
Utilise AI tools to improve day-to-day work and efficiency.
