Excellent career opportunity for an experienced ecommerce manager to help a luxury multichannel retailer embarking on its digital transformation. Reporting to the Ecom Director, you will play an important role in the growth of the D2C site and enhance the digital presence of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage multiple projects and execute the launch of new products regularly.
2. Focus on the customer journey, working closely with marketing and analytics teams to improve CRO and site optimisation.
3. Collaborate with marketing, analysts, retail, wholesale, and act as the e-commerce ambassador and expert for the website.
4. Develop marketplace opportunities and implement new technologies to enhance website functionality and customer experience.
5. Work with the omnichannel team to create a customer-centric experience.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in website functionality, managing projects, and driving online sales, preferably in luxury or fast-paced environments.
• Strong Shopify (Shopify Plus) experience and familiarity with multichannel environments.
• Expertise in web analysis, particularly with GA4.
• Commercial mindset with ownership and accountability skills.
