Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead trading, inventory and marketing strategy across client accounts. You will own stock management, product mix, margin protection and promotional planning to drive sustainable growth.

You will align merchandising, marketing and operations to a unified commercial objective and influence senior stakeholders across buying, merchandising, finance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Significant senior ecommerce experience spanning commercial trading, merchandising and digital marketing.
• Proven experience partnering with buying, merchandising/category and finance leaders.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across ecommerce, merchandising, marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall ecommerce trading strategy for accounts, including revenue, conversion, margin and stock health.
• Lead merchandising, product and visual strategy aligned to range plans and launches.
• Oversee marketing channel strategy across SEO, PPC, CRM, Affiliates and Influencers.
• Manage client relationships, strategy recommendations and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop cross-functional governance and capability within the ecommerce team.
