Job summary

Associ8 Solutions is seeking a proactive Senior Ecommerce Executive to lead day-to-day digital trading and manage a small ecommerce team. You will drive online performance, optimise content and work with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain to maximise conversions and availability.

You’ll own product listings, SEO, promotions and marketplace activity across Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce and marketplaces, using analytics to identify opportunities and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ecommerce trading for a retailer or fast-paced consumer environment.
• Excellent analytics skills with data-driven decision making.
• High attention to detail in product setup and content management.
• Understanding of conversion optimisation and online customer behaviour.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Marketing.
• Experience mentoring or managing others is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ecommerce trading, managing product listings and online merchandising.
• Monitor trading performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Drive promotional planning, pricing updates and digital trading activity.
• Maintain availability and minimise stockouts with Buying and Supply Chain.

• Coach and develop your direct report to build capability.

Job description

We're looking for a proactive, analytical and commercially minded Senior Ecommerce Executive to lead day-to-day digital trading and manage a small ecommerce team (1 direct report). If you're passionate about online performance, product optimisation and delivering an exceptional digital customer experience, this role offers real scope to influence strategy and drive results.

You’ll take ownership of ecommerce operations across our website and marketplace channels, working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain to maximise conversion, availability and online sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily ecommerce trading, managing product listings, content accuracy and online merchandising.
• Monitor trading performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Drive promotional planning, pricing updates and digital trading activity.
• Work closely with Buying and Supply Chain to maintain strong availability and minimise OOS.
• Optimise product content, imagery and SEO to improve discoverability and engagement.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards and internal reporting.
• Oversee marketplace operations (Amazon, eBay, etc.) including listings, stock flow and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, landing pages and customer journeys.
• Support new product launches, ensuring smooth onboarding and accurate online setup.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across ecommerce systems and workflows.
• Manage, coach and develop your direct report to build capability and confidence.

What We're Looking For

• Strong ecommerce experience within a retailer or fast-paced consumer environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with confidence using data to drive decisions.
• High attention to detail in product setup and content management.
• Understanding of conversion optimisation and online customer behaviour.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Marketing.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, curious and commercially aware mindset.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) or marketplaces (Amazon Seller/Vendor) is desirable.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring others is advantageous.
