Qualifications

• Knowledge and proven experience in Biodiversity Net Gain projects.
• Strong project management for small to medium projects.
• Understanding of ecological and environmental legislation.
• Field survey skills with plant or animal groups.
• Proven track record in ecological reporting.
• Experience in client interaction and bid production.
• Ability to manage small survey teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of small to medium biodiversity projects.
• Coordinate and complete tasks within project teams.
• Lead on ecology deliverables exceeding client expectations.
• Provide technical advice and direction on projects.
