Job summary

An international engineering company is seeking a highly capable Senior EC&I Engineer to support and lead Defence engineering activities. You will develop control system concepts, ensuring designs are safe and compliant. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical or Control Engineering, with at least three years of experience, and strong skills in project management and communication. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and engage with multidisciplinary teams while contributing significantly to energy transition solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience at Engineer grade or in an equivalent role.
• Membership of a relevant institution (IET, IMC) and working towards Chartered status.
• Proven ability to independently develop EC&I technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop EC&I and control system concepts from requirements to detailed design.
• Lead small discipline teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective designs.
