Job summary

Blackwell Earthmoving Limited, part of the Hargreaves Services Group, is recruiting a Project Manager to lead delivery teams in safe, productive earthworks on HS2 and other national projects. You will report to the Earthworks Operations Leader, build strong stakeholder relations, and drive programme delivery and budgets.

Qualifications

• Extensive civil engineering experience in earthworks.
• Experience leading delivery teams on infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and resourced programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder and public engagement skills.
• Proven track record of safe and compliant project delivery.
• Ability to motivate and develop teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sectional delivery team to deliver earthworks safely and on programme.
• Maintain strong relationships with Client, stakeholders and the public when required.
• Own all work under control and ensure high standards of delivery.
• Keep Senior Leadership Team informed of progress, risks and issues.
• Work with Central Support, Commercial and H&S teams for coordinated delivery.
• Provide accurate information and ensure effective use of information.
