The primary role of Project Manager is to lead delivery teams in the safe, productive, and profitable earthworks at HS2. As the day-to-day management face of Blackwell, the Project Manager will maintain excellent relations with stakeholders and members of the public when required, reporting directly to the Earthworks Operations Leader and the Project Senior Leadership Team. The postholder will support and motivate their team to develop a strong working unit and enable all employees to fulfil their potential, contributing to the Company’s mission and values.
