Job summary

You'll work on high-profile infrastructure sites across the UK, uphold safety standards, and mentor teams while collaborating with Works Manager and Engineering team to deliver quality, on time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading earthworks teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Ability to interpret plans and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple earthworks teams to maximise productivity.
• Ensure safety policies and environmental compliance on site.
• Plan and deliver work with Works Manager and Engineering team.
• Maintain quality by following ITPs and Hold Points.
• Manage daily material orders and equipment readiness.
• Keep accurate daily records and promote digital reporting.
• Report on team performance to support development.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
