Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family‑run nursery for a Senior Early Years Practitioner to join their welcoming and experienced team in North West London. You will support daily room operations, ensure high standards of care, learning and development, and work with your team to create a calm, engaging environment where children feel secure and supported to thrive.

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and EYFS.
• Proactive, reliable and team‑focused approach.

Senior Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)

Location: North West London

Salary: £29,500 – £32,500 per year (dependent on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week | 9-hour days with 1-hour unpaid lunch

Revive Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run nursery for a Senior Early Years Practitioner to join their welcoming and experienced team.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and development are consistently delivered. You’ll work closely with your team to create a calm, engaging environment where children feel secure and supported to thrive.

There are two positions available:

• One within a toddler room (1–2 years)
• One within a mixed age group (2–5 years)

Training and Development
