Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, and uphold high Early Years standards across baby, toddler and pre-school rooms.

With a Level 5 childcare/Early Years qualification or above and at least 3 years’ management experience, you will be responsible for budgets, safeguarding, and driving continuous improvement to support children's development.

Qualifications

• A Level 5 childcare/Early Years qualification or above.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the setting.
• Lead, motivate and develop the nursery team.
• Maintain consistently high standards of Early Years care and education.
• Ensure the EYFS is embedded effectively across the baby, toddler and pre-school rooms.
• Oversee budgets, staffing and nursery resources.
• Manage occupancy and support the ongoing success of the setting.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance, health and safety.
• Support continuous improvement across all areas of the nursery.
• Ensure learning environments evolve around children's interests and developmental needs.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and families.
