Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience within MASH, Front Door or Early Help services.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and threshold frameworks.
• Experience leading teams within Children’s Services and driving quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Early Help function within the Front Door Service.
• Oversee contacts requiring Early Help response and ensure safeguarding compliance.
• Coach and develop staff through supervision and performance management.
• Promote high‑quality practice, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support workforce development and professional learning.
• Monitor demand, performance indicators and outcomes to drive improvement.
• Lead multi‑agency partnership working and information sharing.
