Job summary

Octavius Infrastructure is recruiting a Senior Site Manager to lead E&P project delivery on Network Rail infrastructure across the Southern Renewals Framework. You will manage site delivery teams and coordinate work, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires experience leading multidisciplinary teams, with a solid grasp of NEC contracts, risk management, and project controls, in a fast-paced rail environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering E&P works on Network Rail infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of Network Rail standards and governance.
• Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Understanding of programme management, risk management and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead site delivery teams across E&P projects on Network Rail assets.
• Manage site managers, supervisors and delivery teams to meet programme milestones.
• Ensure compliance with Network Rail, company and industry standards.
• Plan and coordinate works to achieve milestones and manage risks and changes.
• Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships and support commercial performance.
