Job summary

ACS is seeking an experienced E-Learning Manager to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our digital learning experience. You will manage two LMS Design Specialists and ensure engaging, high-impact e-learning solutions that align with brand standards.

You will collaborate with the Training Content Team to apply practical learning theory to online experiences delivered to employees worldwide through the LMS, reporting to the Training Director.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing e-learning or digital learning functions.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems such as Access or SAP.
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline and Vimeo.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical approach with experience interpreting learning analytics and engagement data.
• Experience working collaboratively with content creators and subject matter experts.
• Experience implementing AI tools within learning design.
• Experience with video production tools and multimedia learning.
• Experience supporting global or multi-site workforces.
