Pivotal London Ltd is recruiting a Senior E-Commerce Merchandiser to own the onsite merchandising strategy for a 12,000+ SKU catalogue and drive revenue, conversion and AOV. The role reports to the Head of E-Commerce & Digital within a rapidly growing online homeware business in Manchester.

You’ll work with Buying & Merchandising to translate range plans into best-in-class onsite execution, optimise search, navigation, personalisation and product recommendations, and use data to shape customer

Qualifikationen

• Experience in E-Commerce / Online Merchandising in a retail environment.
• Experience managing large product catalogues across high-volume sites.
• Strong understanding of onsite trading, product performance and customer journeys.

Aufgaben

• Own onsite merchandising strategy to maximise revenue, conversion rate and AOV.
• Monitor category and product performance, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing underperformance.
• Own roadmap, configuration and optimisation of onsite merchandising technology.
• Develop and test merchandising rules across search, navigation, personalisation and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Buying & Merchandising to reflect range plans and commercial priorities online.
• Use performance insights and customer behaviour to influence range planning and category structures.
