Job summary

Silverstone is seeking a hands-on Senior E-commerce & Retail Lead to drive online merchandise growth. You will own the online store, optimise performance, and collaborate across marketing, buying and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead product launches, campaigns and click & collect initiatives for major events, while managing fulfilment and delivery operations with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing within retail.
• Strong commercial mindset with ownership of sales performance.
• Experience managing fulfilment and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the online store and drive revenue, conversion and customer value.
• Lead trading plans around key events and product launches.
• Oversee fulfilment, from order to dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate online and in-store click & collect integration.
• Work with Marketing to align campaigns and content.
