Job summary

Hiscox Underwriting Group Services Ltd (HUGS) seeks a Senior Application Specialist to design, develop and support our Microsoft application estate. The role focuses on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform within a broader enterprise architecture, with emphasis on integration, delivery practices and operational support.

You’ll contribute across the full lifecycle and help shape platform solutions for core business processes.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, including Customer Service or Sales
• Strong experience building solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tooling for work management and software delivery
• Knowledge of APIs, web services and integration patterns

Responsibilities

• Platform Delivery: design, build and enhance solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Provide technical leadership during design, development and delivery
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with enterprise standards
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote engineering best practices
• Support CI/CD, release management and DevOps processes
