Job summary

Be-IT Ltd is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 CE/CRM specialist to join our Edinburgh/Glasgow hybrid team. You will own complex development work across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform, mentoring junior developers and guiding technical delivery.

The role offers a strong mix of hands-on development (70–80%) with technical leadership, solution design and close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong C#, .NET and JavaScript development skills.
• Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
• Understanding of DevOps principles, source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable business applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid Working)

We're working with a well-established professional services organisation undertaking a significant programme of digital transformation across its business-critical CRM platforms. As part of a small but growing Dynamics team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of their Microsoft ecosystem while mentoring junior developers and leading technical delivery.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, hands-on development role with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the Power Platform. You'll be the most experienced Dynamics specialist within the team, taking ownership of complex development work while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

The role is approximately 70-80% hands-on development, with the remaining time focused on technical leadership, coaching and solution design.
