Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer with strong Microsoft cloud experience to provide technical leadership across complex enterprise delivery programmes.

You will design, build and support scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions, extend Model-Driven Apps, and design robust integrations with internal and third-party systems while collaborating with PO/BA, architects and delivery managers. Hybrid work with emphasis on cloud-based delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have Dynamics 365 CE experience and a track record of enterprise Dynamics implementations.
• Provide technical leadership across complex delivery programmes and mentor developers.
• Design, build and support scalable Microsoft-based solutions including Power Platform and Azure integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Lead technical delivery and run design workshops or technical discovery sessions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and review designs and code.
• Build cloud integrations with Azure services and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and promote automated testing and modern ALM.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer with strong Microsoft cloud experience and the capability to provide technical leadership across complex enterprise delivery programmes.

This role is ideal for a highly capable individual who combines deep hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development expertise with a proven track record of designing, building and supporting scalable business-critical solutions on the Microsoft technology stack. The successful candidate will be expected to lead technical delivery, mentor developers, engage directly with stakeholders, and help shape architecture and engineering best practices.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineering Leads and Delivery Managers to deliver high-quality Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure-based solutions.

  • Act as a senior technical point of contact for delivery teams and stakeholders.

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Promote automated testing and modern ALM practices.
  • Support agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
