Job summary

Pearson Carter is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to own the technical delivery from design to implementation within a senior, hands-on team. You will mentor other developers and collaborate with Functional Consultants to meet customer requirements across diverse industries.

The role offers fully remote work across Europe, with the opportunity to lead greenfield Dynamics 365 CRM projects and influence technical direction within an established Microsoft practice.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development.
• Experience leading technical architecture and solution design.
• Mentoring or supporting other developers.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Experience across full software development lifecycle.
• Dynamics 365 Field Service experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

THE COMPANY:

A well‑established Microsoft Gold Partner with over 90 employees, specializing in Microsoft business applications and cloud technologies. With a strong Microsoft practice and a collaborative culture, they continue to grow their delivery team and are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to play a key role in delivering enterprise CRM solutions.

THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a highly experienced Microsoft delivery team. Working alongside Functional Consultants, you will take ownership of the technical delivery of projects from solution design through to implementation. This is a hands‑on senior role where you will also provide technical leadership and mentor other developers.

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions from the ground up
• Lead technical architecture and solution design across customer projects
• Build custom functionality, integrations, and extensions within Dynamics 365

• Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle
• Dynamics 365 Field Service experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• Excellent spoken and written English
